This is an interesting report via Sporting News that mentions the Rams having serious internal chats about McNabb & Vick.   At this point it does not go into detail about any other details.

For the Rams it could mean they are not that thrilled about Sam Bradford or Jimmy Clausen and they'd have good reason.   It could mean they want to make this a fast turnaround from doormat to at least fighting for a division to possible playoffs.

For the Eagles they would land more for McNabb then Vick that really goes without even saying.   However right now I'm not sure they would be able to land much more then a 2nd round pick for McNabb unless they Rams blew them away with a package of picks spread out over this and next years draft.   It would also mean they are confident in Kolb going forward.   At some point they will have to hand the reigns to somebody other then McNabb why not now?

If it is Vick the Rams would give up probably nothing more then a 4th round pick.   It would also mean they want to bring more of a show to the field then they did last season if you could even call that a show.   It would still allow them to select Bradford or Clausen #1 if they wanted and let them sit for a year rather then to rush them.

Lastly for the Eagles they could try to move both of them but that seems the least likely of the options at least right now.

Stay tuned.................

This is a bit of a surprise to me.  With all the emmense changes in almost every coaching position, I thought the most obvious change would be at the QB position, however, according to Mike Shanahan, he'll be tendered an offer.  "Yeah, we'll tender an offer for Jason next week."  Jason Campbell is also expected to be present at the minicamp.
