STAMP PUT LIONS INTO ROUGH RIDER LAND

Small game report tonight. I am In LA on vacation watching some other Calgary team. Nealy runs roughshod over the Lions 41-30 tonight. Nealy ran the Lions to death with three touchdowns. The game meant nothing to them except a chance to sweep the Lions. I cannot remember the last time the Stamps have done that.

The Stamps again made the Lions pay for their mistakes. They have done this over and over, making teams pay for turnovers The Lions will now have to go Sask for the first round playoff game. The Stamps finish off the season with a 13-5 season tops in the CFL.

I’m not sold on the Stamps to win the Grey Cup. Am I just horribly wrong, or is there actually a bit of polarization of talent in the CFL that will inevitably lead to two western teams facing off for the big prize? I’m thinking (well, kinda) that Calgary will end up knocked out before the final by Saskatchewan…

No real rhyme or reason, just following what I’ve grown to feel about the CFL. Right when I try to stop paying attention to it, something happens to draw me right back in. Last season I totally ignored it, so I figure there’ll be some upset stuff in the playoffs this season…

    Weird reasoning, I know…

But, keep the home-fires burning and anyone who wants to get together for some CFL Grey Cup partying, please let me know! I’m going with the standard chili-bake idea…
