College Football In-game blog all day long!! Join in on the discussion!!

We did the same type of feature last week and it went over well.  What we are doing is having an in-game blog all day long so you can talk about college football.  Post your thoughts on various games throughout the day.  It could be venting about your favourite team or gloating about your fav team.

You might see a great play or horrible effort by a certain team.  Post anything that might strike up a discussion.  Maybe you feel your team should be ranked higher than they are or maybe you feel a team is overrated.

Or, quite possibly you enjoyed watching a team lose because they hate them to the bone.

Fire away and lets hear your thoughts.

Kevin

14-0 Marlyand only 10 minutes into the game over No. 23 Cal. Stunner! Maryland lost to Mid. Ten. St. last week and barely beat Delaware the week before.

    Nich Hall Says:

Really bad interception by Cal’s QB lead to their latest touchdown. Keep in mind Middle Tennessee is a very strong football club with a 5th year senior QB. They’re going to give Kentucky fits later tonight.

The Mich St/FAU game is a comedy of errors to this point.

I agree on the UK game later tonight. Quite surprised they are favoured by 18pts.

Maryland is now running the ball down the Bears throats!

    Clemson should blowout NC St.

  5. 5
    Nich Hall Says:

Yeah that was very impressive 14-play 60 yard drive to make it 21-3 Maryland. Didn’t see that coming.

I think the Cats will pull it out by about 10-14, but MTSU always at least should have people on alert.

    Great slate of games today!

Cal just cant get anything going! Missed 25 yd. FG at the half too.

MSU looks like they got caught looking ahead to Notre Dame next week!

    Sebastian Soto Says:

NCST just ended its chances against clemson with a 4th quarter interception. It could have been close had they scored on the drive.

Beannie is ut. NO ONE is giving the buckeyes a shot. I hope they pull it off, i hate the pac 10.

    Nich Hall Says:

Kev you Irish are looking very good so far. Wonder if Rich Rod is wishing he could pursue a national title with his old Moutaineers now….

S Carolina to this point has played UGA very tough. 0-0 after the first quarter.

    Nich Hall Says:

Terrible pass interference call on the last play of the quarter, gives Georgia a free first down instead of an interception returned to the Bulldogs 35. Huge momentum killer. When the Gamecocks cheerleaders have that look of WTF? You know there’s a problem.

I would love to see OSU do it but its going to be tough. Both Cal and Oregon looked awful today! Purdue is hammering Oregon!

They capitalized on their turnovers for sure but Michigan has clawed its way back into the game! Arghhhh……….

    Jeff Waters Says:

Georgia has a fight on their hands. I honestly didn’t see the Gamecock D being able to shut the Dawgs down like they have. I’m hoping Georgia comes alive in the second half.

I didnt see this coming either! Very surprised!

I thought Georgia would have been better so far in this game.

This ND game is going to be whoever runs the ball better in the 2nd half with all this rain.

    James Centifonti Says:

BYU is for real………its just beyond them opening up a can on UCLA.

    Kevin Lee Says:

I dont think anyone is going to score in the 2nd half of the Irish game.

    James Centifonti Says:

bad time for south carolina to turn the ball over !

    Kevin Lee Says:

No kidding but SC comes back with a huge play to their TE. Great game, what a defensive struggle.

    Kevin Lee Says:

How bad is SU, losing 48-13. Just really sad what has happened to that program. I used to have seasons at SU and it was a great place to see a game, plus one of the few stadiums that sells beer!

  21. 21
    Nich Hall Says:

This South Carolina defense has never been the problem. Mark Richt himself mentioned how good the ‘Cocks D is. If their offense could do anything even half as good as the Spurrier offenses of old could they’d be all set.

Anyone else find it really weird that Charlie Weis, Tom Brady’s former offensive coordinator and a close friend, tears both his ACL and MCL on the
    sideline of today’s ND/Michigan game?

Carolina driving with one minute left around midfield…

How bizarre eh? Both Brady and Weiss down with ACL/MCL injuries

  23. 23
    Kevin Lee Says:

Great point on Carolina though, no offense, average QB play in the few years Spurrier has been there.

Cocks giving Georgia all they can handle. I am telling you all now, ASU will upset Georgia next Saturday in Tempe! I said it first!

    Kevin Lee Says:

This Purdue game is a dandy for those watching foots!

  25. 25
    Nich Hall Says:

Interception at the five. Bulldogs survive and take it 14-7.

Definitely should be interesting next week, is a road game in the Pac-10 the same as in the SEC? I say no, but it will be the Sun Devils biggest game of the year.
