Yes, Favre is no longer a member of the Green Bay Packers and is now a NY Jet.

Check back for more from our NY Jets blogger Frank Mazola on Thursday morning for reaction and what to expect with Favre in NY.

The Jets play at SD on MNF, and one other time in primetime on Thursday, Nov.13th at NE. I wonder if the networks will scramble to get the NYJ on Sunday or Monday night football one or two more times!

Sunday night games in Weeks 11-17 subject to change, so with that being said, NYJ could find themselves playing in primetime a few more times!

Playing in Greenbay vs. playing in NY.

Greenbay = city hero, can do no wrong.
NY = hired gun, expect to go deep in playoffs, media is like a pack of wild dogs.

Hmm…was this really worth it for Brett? For his sake I hope he plays well, because if not he could be retired again very quickly.

    PS. Chad Pennington say FU.
