Heading into this season in college football to me WR is one of the most talented positions and will give us fans a lot to look for in watching these 10 players hit the field. My top 5 are probably obvious to many and the bottom 5 are still very good in their own right but just a step below while very talented.
1. Michael Crabtree, Texas Tech
134 Catches 1,962 Yards 22 TD’s
2. Jermey Maclin, Missouri
80 Catches 1,055 Yards 9 TD’s
3. Brian Robiskie, Ohio St.
55 Catches 935 Yards 11 TD’s
4. Aaron Kelly, Clemson
88 Catches 1,081 Yards 11 TD’s
5. Percy Harvin, Florida
59 Catches 858 Yards 4 TD’s
6. Demetrius Byrd, LSU
35 Catches 621 Yards 7 TD’s
7. Arrelious Benn, Illionis
54 Catches 676 Yards 2 TD’s
8. Kenny McKinley, South Carolina
77 Catches 968 Yards 9 TD’s
9. Kenny Britt, Rutgers
62 Catches 1,232 Yards 8 TD’s
10. Jarett Dillard, Rice
79 Catches 1,057 Yards 14 TD’s (is on pace to break the record by Troy Edwards (La. Tech) for the most NCAA career touchdown catches)
