A player must be retired for three years. 2. Must receive 75% of the vote to be inducted. 3. If the person is not Canadian they must have done something significant in baseball in Canada. 4. The person will stay on the ballot for nine years as long as they receive a minimum of one vote every two years. 5. If you would like a nomination form please email Scott. All information must be in by December 31st of the year to be eligible for the following year. Hopefully that helps.
