Just a quick update from Washington.
The Redskins signed a couple un-drafted players from Maryland: TE Jason Goode and OL Andrew Crummey. Goode participated in the Redskins mini-camp on May 2nd-4th and made an impression on the coaching staff. Crummey, on the other hand, was a top prospect for the draft before he fractured his leg for the second time, ouch. Could be a sleeper signing, you never know!
Meanwhile, WR Antwaan Randel El is recovering from arthroscopic knee surgery and is expected to start practice next month. QB Jason Campbell is feeling the difference with Zorn’s new drills as his hamstring takes a beating, but trying to stay healthy. Someone needs to hit the weights Jason.
