CHRIS LEBEN is out of his scheduled UFC 85 clash with Michael Bisping after breaking a probation issued to him three years ago.
The Crippler was sentenced to 35 days in jail due to the breach which he earned after being arrested for driving under the influence in 2005.
He would have been released just two weeks before the event at London’s O2 Arena.
Middleweight Jason Day will now replace Leben and fight The Count on June 7.
Day replaced the injured Patrick Cote to score a first-round TKO upset on rising contender Alan Belcher at UFC 83 last month.
He will be aiming to secure a sixth straight MMA victory but faces a tough test against Lancastrian Bisping, who won his debut middleweight bout against Charles McCarthy last month.

yea i would have liked to see that fight too. I train with a guy, shaun marchand, great fighter and he’s fought Day twice. Dooms Day they call him, should still be a great fight, after Days’ KO of Belcher, Bisbing better come ready for this fight!
