I still find this a little bizarre for him to be announcing his retirement; maybe with this press conference today he will shed a little light on the situation, or just make us more confused.

It still doesn’t make sense to me? After losing in overtime to the eventual Superbowl champs, being just one play away from the superbowl the games greatest? QB can no longer get fired up for practice?
Green Bay has a young team, no real holes to fill or big losses expected to come form free agency.
Brett tell us your hurt, tell us your stopping to spend time with your family, tell us you wan’t to play somewhere else…
But tell us you the lost the drive to prepare to compete at the highest level? it just doesn’t seem like you.
